This sound journey is activated by the sacred plant and sound vibrations we will each hold in circle. This combination of plant and musical medicine has been shared in many cultures the world over. In my experience, plants love to be sung to. Weather its walking through the forest, or sitting in an age old plant ceremony, every living being enjoys the beauty of a soft, soothing melody. Come together for this magical circle to discover how this sacred cacao plant and sound medicine sings within your being.

Cacao is known as the great plant of the heart, as it stimulates circulation and blood flow and releases the ‘love hormones’ in the brain. Sound can activate the mind, body and spirit, creating a sense of aliveness and yet allow participants to rest in the sense of calm, rejuvinating each cell in the body.
