In this container, we will work with forest (fungi) medicine to center ourselves in our fully sensing bodies, in clarity, truth and empowerment.

Zenthai Shiatsu is movement based therapy combining the ancient practices of Zen Shiatsu and Traditional Thai Massage with modern osteopathic techniques. You can expect stretches, pressure, fascial unwinding, joint mobilizations, and heart centred awareness. Through its infusion with yogic philosophy and the wisdom of the heart, it has a powerful effect for nervous system regulation whilst facilitating deeper connection to self, other, and community.
