Welcome to Solstice Ceremony
You are invited into a ceremonial space as we honour the shedding of old layers and call in the light! Our guide for this ceremony is a gentle, heart opening dose of forest medicine.
We are so very honoured to welcome you to this beautiful container: supported by fungi, sound medicine, community, and the spirit of Land. These containers will be curated and held by trauma-informed, facilitators who will be supporting you as guides. To best support your experience, this ceremony offering includes one preparation and one integration session alongside the full day of ceremony to assure your comfort and safety needs are met.
This ceremony is intended give us space to ask deep inquiries and check in with ourselves. Does this action, thought, behaviour align with who I am and want to be? Clarity will begin by settling in, connecting with Self, opening the space, curating the container, and will transition into the sharing of intentions and receiving the medicine. For the duration of the ceremony, you will be invited to turn inwards; residing in your physical and spiritual space. Sound and song will be offered to the group, and individually, for approximately 2.5-3 hours. This will be your opportunity to sink in, to explore your depths, and to expand your understanding of Self.
Following the medicine journey, we will slowly return to the physical Self, sit up, and connect with community. Here will be an invitation to share about your experience, which is an opportunity to be seen, to be heard, and to be supported by the group members and facilitators. Following the sharing circle, we invite you to share a fresh, delicious and well-deserved meal amongst each other, reflecting and integrating the ceremony.
