90-Minute Sound Journey Experience

We begin by inviting participants to get comfortable and set an intention. Ground the space with breathwork, supported by the steady rhythm of the medicine drum.

The journey unfolds as layers of sound emerge—steel tongue drum, chimes, and the crystalline tones of the lyre. The flute’s gentle melodies and the ethereal voice guide participants deeper, while the rattle subtly shifts energy throughout.

As the session nears its end, transition to softer tones with chimes and lyre, gradually leading participants back. Close with a grounding drumbeat and a soothing vocal tone, leaving everyone in a state of peace and balance.
