We are Coming Home! 

Join us for a gentle weekend of Coming Home to ourselves. We will explore through somatic practices, groove movement, conversation, delicious wild harvested 5 star meals, breathwork, dyads, contemplation and journal practices and other gifts received! This weekend is spacious, slow and connected to a deepening relationship to the land, the Koksilah River and your own being as home. A continued exploration of Belonging and Coming Home. For the SECOND time in this special collaboration, Ocian Ward and Liz Zdunich are coming together to be your hostess’ and guides journeying into the depths of this human experience through our senses, connecting with movement, sound journey, meditation practices, and the therapeutics of conscious connected breathwork. Both longtime space holders, creators, coaches and facilitators, they've merged their unique magics to bring this event to life. Together we'll engage questions, conversations and also stillness designed to bring a sense of arriving home in our bodies to the forefront of our time together.

You will leave rejuvenated, nourished and with new tools you can bring home with you to continue expanding connection within yourself and those you love.
