This is an invitation especially for you to be a part of a pilgrimage into the depths of your own heart, body and mind. Two options: all three full day retreats, or join for one or two of the retreat days. This container is held for a small group of female identified individuals who would like to have a detailed and fully guided healing journey that prepares, supports and integrates participants in a deep dive journey into the self. This container will allow women identified folk to have a safe space to explore the human experience together. We will welcome the support of movement, breathwork, journaling, plant medicines and other modalities throughout this journey. The focus being on the preparation and integration of breathwork, body work and plant medicine ceremonies.
Whether you have lots of experience sitting with medicines or this would be your first exploration, we are here to guide you through each step of the way.
