Join us for RADIANCE - AMPLIFY THE LUMINOUS WITHIN. Together we will experience the sacred medicine of CACAO, the healing power of BREATHWORK and the bliss of ECSTATIC DANCE and SOUND ACTIVATION to support us on our path of radiating our inner light and shining it to out the world around us, to our community and our relationships.

Jeff is the founder of breathARMY. His mission is to educate, inspire and empower people to live to their true potential. Jeff uses a variety of different tools to help people break through the structures that hold us back from living and expressing that potential out into the world. Jeff has studied, mentored and trained with some of the world’s leading experts in breathwork and movement.

Ocian has dedicated her life to being of service and walking a path of remembering how to be in right relationship with the earth and all beings in this realm. She started this path 13 years ago with sound and energy work, then realized she wanted to make an impact with people and began learning Numa Somatic breathwork and animism rituals from Celtic, Andean and Hawaiian lineages. Ocian has been sitting with plant medicines for 10 years in the Shipibo lineage. She is dedicated to creating trauma aware, safe circles, ceremonies and experiences
for people to explore and heal themselves.

Judith is a holistic healer, yoga teacher and embodiment coach based in Victoria BC. For over 12 years she has been helping people heal from injuries and pain and through hands-on bodywork, movement coaching and somatic techniques like breathwork and meditation. Her training as a physiotherapist gave Judith a deep understanding of the human body but her own inner healing was what really transformed her life and the lives of her clients -through seeing how deep her own pain was stored in her body and through slowly unraveling the truth that was lying underneath this pain. She became a Yoga Teacher and Numa Somatics Breathwork Facilitator and has ever since dedicated her life to providing safe spaces for people to heal, reconnect and transform.
