We will meet in person or on zoom for FOUR 1:1 sessions over four weeks in June

WEEK ONE: EARTH

WEEK TWO: WATER
WEEK THREE: FIRE
WEEK FOUR: AIR

In each private session, we will explore the characteristics of each element, how it relates to you, your body and your voice. We will discuss this and we will continue the exploration with a drum journey to explore in a deep mindful state. During the week, we will form a ritual schedule where you will set some time aside to receive and develop your song! NO EXPERIENCE NECESSARY!
