Sound is the primordial source of all manifestation, and the human voice is the most powerful and dynamic instrument on Earth. Through the creation of vibration we may access the infinite potential of Spirit. In this Sonic Bloom Sound, we gather in ceremonial circle to open our hearts and voices fully through exploration of the sonic sphere.. With tones and frequencies generated entirely by our voices we unlock vibrational keys held deep in our beings. This is a safe, powerful and fun container to explore freedom of voice and expression, allowing the inner and outer sounds to harmonize into a tangible field of collective healing.

ABOUT HARMONY JAY: 

Harmony is a highly trained, sensitive, soulful and aware being whose purpose in life is to be to bring people together and have them feel heard and appreciated.  Harmony teaches  a wide variety of modalities, including Pal Dan Gum, EFT, movement, breathwork and vocal activation to help people release stored trauma on a cellular level. With over 20 years experience leading groups in song she leads with pure love.  Her intention is for participants to feel comfortable in their vulnerability and be able to connect to the deepest parts of themselves and each other (and have fun while doing it).

There will be time for integration, journaling and sharing to close.
