This workshop is a fully guided Zenthai Shiatsu Massage Flow led by Clara Rose of Hands - Zenthai Shiatsu - Holistic Therapy, with live sound creations from Ocian Ward of Ocian Sound Medicine Music.

As a community, we hold safe space for one another and allow vulnerability.

For greater ease, comfort, and depth, please come with the person you'd like to exchange massages with. It does NOT have to be a romantic partner -- just someone you feel comfortable with or would like to get to know better.

This workshop takes place at the beautiful CorUnum Yurt in West Saanich, surrounded by forest and held by Mother Earth. Rides may be available upon request for those without vehicle. Please email Ocian@ociansound.com for more information on that. NOTE: if you haven’t been before, google will only take you to the corner, when you register, we will send out the directions, parking info and way to find the yurt!

Investment: $80 per pair (The space allows for an intimate gathering of 6 pairs)

About the facilitators: 

Clara Rose is a long time lover of movement and an experienced teacher across many fields. Starting out in the world of gymnastics and dance, she went on to explore circus arts, yoga, Acro-Yoga, and found home in the practice of Zenthai Shiatsu. Her focus turning more and more towards therapy, she is currently studying Traditional Chinese Medicine at Pacific Rim College to broaden her knowledge. Clara's style is gentle with great depth; she weaves her love of poetry and eastern philosophy into her work, always with a focus on connection and presence within community. 

Ocian of Ocian Sound Medicine Music is an established sound practitioner, offering to audiences all across Canada, States and beyond. Since 2010, she has been weaving together deeply transformative and profound healing spaces. She hosts and co-creates circles, ceremony and journeys, with the intention of creating resilient, self aware individuals and empowered communities through experiencing the ‘Art of the Muses’: Music & Sound. By combining this fundamental building block of life (sound) with Usui Reiki (masters level), Massage & Touch Therapy and most recently The Alchemists Path: Celtic Shamanism, Wildwood Priestess Training and Numa Somatics Breathwork, Ocian facilitates deep and profound experiential journeys for participants to safely explore the inner world and all it contains. These sessions can include instruments such as: Crystal Bowls, Crystal Lyre, Chimes, Rattles & Feathers, Steel & Medicine Drum, her latest the Sansula and Triple Drone Flute and most specially her etheric and powerful vocal harmonics. These sessions are deeply relaxing and rejuvenating, bringing people into deep states of cathartic release. Many participants have reports of incredible physical, mental, emotional and spiritual shifts after their sessions.
