YOU WILL NEED: a safe space to rest and receive this medicine for the duration of this offering. Set an intention and settle into a comfortable spot. This can be sitting up, though most people find laying down the most comfortable. Wear light, loose clothing, have cushions, blankets etc available as needed. Have a water bottle and journey handy just in case. It is best to have good earphones or high quality speakers to listen with.
