Candlelight Yin Yoga and Sacred Sound Medicine. 

Take a journey through sound and movement. This is a beautiful combination class of Yin Yoga and Sacred Sound Medicine Lead by Ocian from SoundSeed Medicine Journeys and Yoga Unions Steve Merkley. Experience the healing power of Yin Yoga and Sacred Sound as we incorporate, crystal singing bowls, chimes, rav vast drum, Crystal Lyre and etheric vocal harmonics into a Candlelight Yin Yoga practice to balance out the physical, mental, emotional, and energetic bodies. This will be a unique experience to raise our vibrations, open up the flow of every cell in the body and assist in self healing. Space is limited so please pre-register at the studio. $39 for adults and$20 for youth. No Yoga experience required. This class is for all ages, levels and everyone is welcome.
